The love and devotion for the Earth and for agriculture have accompanied the Bagioni family for more than 3 generations. The first farm was born in the first years of the twentieth century with Giuseppe, who handed down the traditions and the desire of farming to his son Primo and to his grandchildren Giovanni and Caterina, who are today the heads of the Group. Thanks to this force the Bagioni family today has managed to build an agricultural empire and to run it with determination and competence.
The vast experience in the agricultural and zootechnical fields have permitted an exponential development in the field of feed and of desiccated Alfalfa. This development continues not only in Italy but also abroad. Each year the farmlands of Ravenna and Forlì cultivate nearly 2000 hectares of arable ground, agricultural energy, orchards and vineyards.
The Bagioni Group knows that the animal’s health means consumer health and protection: it is due to this reason that feeds and cereal of the offered products are among feeds and cereal of organic cultivation.
The spirit of initiative that characterizes the Bagioni family pushes the Group to embark on new, cutting edge projects; like the last one which brought to fruition a biogas system, designed to realize electric and heat energy from renewable sources, used in part by the same companies of the Group for the dehydration process and for product processing with the aim of protecting the environment and ecosystem conservation.
